A very rainy holiday next to the Parapara Estuary in Golden Bay inspired this artwork, but it could be anywhere the tide moves in and out, and little houses hide amongst the foliage.
Look out for a tiny powhelliwhanta amongst the leaves – one of New Zealand’s beautiful giant snails.
